The Centger for Jewish Learning-CJL (religious school) at TINW emphasizes individual student growth in the context of our rich Jewish tradition of learning and joy. Students engage in a combination of meaningful study and authentic experiential learning. Classes run from on Sunday moring for K-5 and Wednesday afternoons for 6-12 . Bar/Bat Mitzvah training takes place on Thursday afternoons.
We work very hard to keep religious-school fees low.

The mission of Temple Israel of Northern Westchester's Center for Jewish Learning (Religious School) is to educate and engage our children.
Students learn and participate in Jewish life and culture through Hebrew, prayer, music, art, cooking, and theater, both within and beyond the Temple walls.
Lessons and activities are designed to help students form a personal connection to the Jewish community, its heritage and practices.
