6:30 PM - 8:00 PMRoth Family Community RoomWhat is Antisemitism and how can we as Jews respond to it constructively? Professor Ed Ginsberg will give a presentation exploring the nature of antisemitism through case studies as we work together to develop constructive responses.
Ed Ginsberg has been teaching and developing curriculum about the holocaust and human rights since the 1960’s. He was one of the first teachers in New York to integrate holocaust studies as part of his high school’s curriculum. From 1979-1981 he served as Director of Human Rights Education for New York and has presented at national, state and local conferences. His teaching career has spanned 55 years at Arlington High School, Syracuse University, SUNY Westchester, SUNY Dutchess, The Scarsdale Adult School, and Marist College.
Join us for a Community Pizza Dinner in the Oneg Room, at 6PM, prior to the presentation.

Volunteers needed. The Midnight Run is a volunteer organization whose goal is to come together as a community in order to feed the homeless of New York City. They coordinate more than 1,000 relief missions per year with volunteers from churches, synagogues, schools and other civic groups to deliver food, clothing, blankets and personal care items to the homeless poor on the streets of New York City.
