Join us for a joyful and peaceful Shabbat morning yoga and contemplative practice. Together we will explore Jewish wisdom around Shabbat and the Torah parsha (Torah portion) through embodied movement, breath, meditation and personal rest and reflection. The program will be accessible for all levels of physical and meditation practice - beginner through advanced.
Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, water bottle, and any yoga prop you practice with. Chairs will be available for those choosing a seated practice.

Robin Wald is a certified yoga teacher and Jewish educator. She has been leading a variety of Jewish adult, teen, and family programs for synagogues throughout Westchester for over twenty years.

It’s a love story, a mob picture, and an action drama all in one. This is perhaps the most satisfying of the movies Bacall and Bogart made together, done just a couple of years into their marriage. -
