The volunteers of Temple Israel's Bikur Cholim are the heart of our Caring Committee. They are the people who shop and cook for Temple members who are sick, or just coming home from the hospital. They are the ones who drive people to doctor's appointments, physical therapy; in sum, they pitch in, regardless of their own work, to help our Temple members who are in need in every way possible, and they do so with a generosity and grace that warms our Temple Community and connects all of us in a caring way.
